Our farm is also a stock farm; we've got some horses, cows, goats, chicken, pigs of "Cinta senese" living free. Those who want to live a real country life can follow us in our daily activities. We produce a very good home-made soft cheese, cottage cheese and fresh cheese in general. With the meat of our pigs, who eat biological, we produce fresh meat and salami. We also make home-made jams with our wild berries. We grow fruits and vegetables, produce extra virgin olive oil, chestnut-honey, wild flowers-honey, heather-honey and caveapple honey. We produce corn "otto file tortonese" (a typical quality of corn of which we have the seed at a regional level), spelt and wheat. Seasonally we take care of the woods and surrounding path-ways and pick mushrooms, chestnuts and nuts. You can relax enjoying the silence of nature or take a ride on our horses, staying out for many days on the surrounding mountains with our bikes or walking while exploring this beautiful area. Our food has got the rustic flavour of barbecue, we bake bread on wood and the freshness of our products is enriched with the savour of local great herbs. Our house has four double rooms and an independent suite with kitchen, bathroom and a cosy fire-place, and 1 km farther we have an independent house for 6 or 8 people. For those who want to live in total contact with nature you can stay in tents on our land where we have barbecues. We also have an apartment for disabled. During the summer you can use the Jacuzzi. We are also connected with a private beach in Sestri Levante. Our bed and breakfast can organize your sport's days in nature: for example walks to Cinque Terre, to the woods in Aveto or in Portofino, to the Museum of slate and the Genoa aquarium. All this makes of Valle Chiappella a special place where you can spend your days in total relax in the middle of nature.
